You can attempt cancel or change your order within 12 hours by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com, we will try our very best to cancel your order, however, our warehouse sometimes process orders within a few hours. Any time after the 12 hour period, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping time will typically take 2-4 business days for domestic orders and 5-21 business days for international orders. This time will also depend on the shipping method choses at checkout. one your package is dropped off at the post office, it becomes government property as the chosen postman is in possession of your package. We cannot control when and what time they drop off the package at your delivery address.
We apologise if you're are unsatisfied with your order in any way but before returning a product please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. We are only able to accept returns up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If your return is because your item was damaged, then please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we'll send out another free of charge.
- If your return is because the order was wrong then please contact us at email@example.com we will make sure things are made right and send out the correct order to your address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied and sent to your email within a certain amount of days.
IF APPROVED: Your order will be returned between 7 to 21 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
